Last night’s game between McDonald and Western Reserve was a rematch of last year’s district final in a key MVAC showdown of the two schools.
McDonald’s push in the 3rd quarter propelled McDonald to a 49-42 win at Western Reserve. The game was broadcasted on the WKBN Game of the Week.
Leading McDonald was Molly Howard with 26 points and Sophia Constantino with 11 points. Daniell Vuletich led Western Reserve with 14 points and Olivia Pater with 12 points.
